About us

SweetTooth Artisan Gelato is a small-batch artisan gelato brand based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia. We sell gelato online for delivery within a defined service area.

Orders & acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where a product is unavailable, where pricing errors occur, or where we suspect fraudulent activity. A contract is formed when we send an order confirmation email.

Products & pricing

We make every effort to display product images and descriptions accurately. All prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Promotional offers are subject to their stated terms and availability.

Delivery

We deliver within a 30km radius of Petaling Jaya. Delivery fees, time slots, and cut-off times are displayed at checkout. Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 3pm, subject to slot availability. Someone must be present to receive the delivery — perishable products cannot be left unattended. We are not responsible for products that deteriorate due to failed delivery attempts where no recipient was available.

Payment

Payment is required at checkout. We accept FPX online banking, credit and debit cards, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and Boost. All payments are processed securely by our payment providers. Your order will not be processed until payment is confirmed.

Refunds & cancellations

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns once delivery has been completed. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or fails to meet our quality standards, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will review each case individually and may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion. Order cancellations may be accepted before dispatch — contact us as soon as possible.

Allergens & dietary information

Our products contain allergens including milk and tree nuts. Full ingredient and allergen information is listed on each product page. If you have a severe allergy, please contact us before ordering. We handle allergens in our kitchen and cannot guarantee products are free from cross-contamination.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, SweetTooth Artisan Gelato shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the order in question.

Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
